Gospel singer Judith Babirye has opened up about a time in her life when she wished to perish due to the difficulties she was facing.
Judith Babirye narrated that she experienced a trying time at some point in her life and wished to perish but she prayed to God to save her and eventually overcame the tough test.
She adds that whenever she goes through a period of unholy moments, she goes on her knees, repents to God, and thanks Him when needed.
I reached a point in life where I wished for death like my twin, but God helped me. Because I have a relationship with God, I fight through my weakest, most unholy moments. Where I am supposed to repent, I do so. Where I am supposed to thank Him, I do so.

Judith Babirye says throughout her 23-year music journey, she always admired living a normal life like anyone else walking on the streets freely without having a fear of who might see.
She says that relocating to Canada has helped her achieve the freedom that had eluded her when she was still living in Uganda.
One of the things I have admired my whole life is the idea of living a normal life like other people, walking without fear of who might see me. I found a bit of that freedom in Canada.

Speaking on the Mwasuze Mutya show, she disclosed that she accepted Christ at the age of 9 and she has since never experienced any other life outside Jesus and the Church.
