The State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs, Hon. Balaam Barugahara, has stepped in to offer rehabilitation for troubled teenager Pretty Nicole.
This young girl, barely 18, has been a subject of public controversy since early 2023, when her behavior started drawing widespread attention.
Nicole’s troubles first surfaced after a video of her being assaulted by her peers went viral. The beating was allegedly a result of her attempts to seduce her friend’s boyfriend.
Since then, she has been involved in numerous controversies, including the release of adult videos, raising public concern about her welfare and future.
Several efforts have been made to help Pretty Nicole reintegrate into society, but they have mostly failed. One notable attempt was from Hajjat Kulthum, who took the initiative to send Nicole back to school.
Unfortunately, this intervention also ended in regret, as Nicole reportedly tried to seduce Hajjat Kulthum’s husband recently to blackmail them.
In a recent statement, Minister Balaam Barugahara expressed his concern over Nicole’s destructive path and committed to personally ensuring she gets back on track.
He noted that if traditional education proves to be an unsuitable path for her, she would be incorporated into the informal sector, where she could make a living through honest work.
If she can’t manage school, then we can put her into the informal sector and maybe send her to Abu Dhabi to work. She will contract deadly diseases and die young if she continues with that useless lifestyle.
