The 22nd Edition of Uganda’s favourite picnic-style music event, Roast And Rhyme, is dubbed “Soul on Strings” and features some of the finest live band artists including Iryn Namubiru and Maro.

#RoastAndRhyme is scheduled for Sunday 3rd November 2024. It promises a beautiful set up by the lake, live soulful performances, tantalising roast sessions, and good vibes.

Known for her timeless hits and strong vocals, the legendary Iryn Namubiru will headline this edition. Revellers look forward to witnessing her signature blend of emotional depth and energetic performance yet again following her successful concert earlier this year.

Ronald Maro a.k.a The RnB Kyabazinga is also another performer to look out for on Sunday. His Afro-soul style and smooth vocals will perfectly match the intimate, lakeside setting.

Having returned to the country a few weeks ago after a while away, he sets out to prove his point and has been rehearsing to put on a good show.

Also gracing the stage is Zulitums, a versatile talent whose blend of Afrobeat and R&B, paired with emotional storytelling, will deliver an unforgettable experience.

Rounding out the lineup is rising star AnKnown Prosper whose fresh approach to Afro-pop has made him a fan favourite.

With songs that explore themes of love and resilience, his vibrant energy and heartfelt performances will bring an uplifting and engaging vibe to the Soul on Strings experience.
