Western Uganda’s music sensation, Omega256, has made it clear that she is focused on her music and unbothered by criticism.
Speaking about her journey, the singer stated her commitment to personal growth and the flourishing of her music career.
People can perceive me however they want. Those who see me and are grateful for what I’ve done for them are there and will speak for themselves. Therefore, I can’t be there to prove to everyone how good I am.
Addressing recent remarks from fellow artists in Western Uganda, who accused her of being bad-mannered, Omega remained unshaken. She used a metaphor to explain her stance on criticism:
When someone doesn’t like you, even if you dance on top of water, they’ll complain you’re raising dust for them.
