Allan Toniks, a renowned recording and performing artist, reveals why he reached the decision to dissolve a record label that he had established.
The “Beera Nange” singer had set up a music label with the aim of supporting and nuturing talented artists who had the desire to become the stars of tomorrow.
However, his dream was short-lived as he encountered challenging times with a section of individuals he was partnering with and decided to dissolve the record label.
Unfortunately, we dissolved that because we had some misunderstandings with the people I was partnering with.
So we had to dissolve that and we are currently working on something else now which is shutter media at the moment.
He opened about shutting the record label as he responded to a question that was directed to him inquiring to know how far he had gone with his record label and whether he had signed new artists to it.
He commented about how it is nowadays very hard for someone to join the music industry when they’re not doing well financially compared to the early 2000s.
It was easier before because the industry wasn’t commercialized. Now, I think it’s hard to join the industry without money.
Allan Toniks also added that passion is important in this industry but natural talent makes it easier for one to excel.
