He believes the Ugandan music industry and it’s artists will have the chance to perform at big stages globally.
Avie adds that the opportunity of cashing in foreign currency will also be opened and it would help motivate the fresh talents who want to join the industry.
In his submission, Brian Avie applauded Joshua Baraka for the job well done in trying to break the barriers by doing music that is consumed in wider parts of Africa and beyond.
He asserts that Baraka is now inspiring a new breed of artists who want to be like him and have their music streamed worldwide.
Brian Avie also urged artists to compose good music that fans can be proud of rather than just focusing on what fans love.
