Comedian and part time singer Reign has issued a public apology to Pastor Wilson Bugembe for using his song “Miracle” without prior permission.

Reign explained that he had initially considered reaching out to Pastor Bugembe before releasing his version of the song.

However, he hesitated, fearing that Bugembe might refuse his request or create obstacles. This led Reign to proceed with the release without obtaining the necessary consent from the original creator.

Reign accompanied by his comedian partner Maulana, took the initiative to personally meet Pastor Bugembe and extend a heartfelt apology.

Bugembe accepted the apology, emphasizing that his primary concern was not the unauthorized use but the potential misinterpretation of his involvement.

Pastor Bugembe clarified that he harbored no ill feelings toward Reign for redoing the song.

However, he felt compelled to address the situation publicly because the new version of “Miracle” carried a political tone, which could mislead the public into believing he was part of the project.
