DJ Jacob Omutuuze, a media personality-cum-politician, has accused Luga-flow rapper Frank Mukiza alias Feffe Bussi, of introducing him to drugs.
Speaking in an interview, he claimed that about 80% of the local artists abuse drugs and other toxic substances but not many have been badly affected yet.
He elaborated how even some gospel artists abuse drugs stressing that some even first take waragi before they hit the studio booth to record their songs.
Very many artists are abusing drugs. 80% of them and only 20% are the ones not using drugs. Even the gospel artists, you first need to give them a bottle of Uganda waragi to get the vibe to go to the studio booth and record a song. So many are addicted but luckily they have not yet been so much affected.
He reflected on his early life as a radio presenter saying that he always first had to puff weed and take waragi to get the vibe and words so that he could share love tips with his listeners.
DJ Jacob accused Feffe Bussi of introducing him to such habits until he forced himself to quit.
Back when I used to work on the radio I always first had to get high with weed and waragi so that I get the words to speak on air until I forced myself to quit. Feffe Bussi is the one who taught me how to puff weed. He was about to teach me how to chew mira.
DJ Jacob Omutuzze also pointed out how some artist leaders abuse drugs but keep a clean image.
