Galaxy FM presenter and DJ, DJ Nimrod shared his top 5 DJs in the country but left number 5 open.
During his appearance on The Deep Talk with Mr. Henrie, he was tasked with naming the top 5 DJs he believes dominate the turntables.
DJ Nimrod ranked himself at the top of the list, citing his own success and popularity. He then placed DJ Shiru in the number two spot, acknowledging Shiru’s longstanding influence in the Ugandan music scene.
At number three, DJ Nimrod named Slick Stuart & Roja, the dynamic duo. However, he clarified that if the duo were to be counted as individuals, neither would make his list.
When it came to including a female DJ, Nimrod hesitated but eventually stated that if he had to pick one, he would choose DJ Lolah.
He admitted it was a tough choice, as he believes that being on his list is a part of the “big league,” implying a high level of skill and recognition in the industry.
Interestingly, DJ Nimrod left the 5th spot open, saying many DJs could easily claim that position due to their ability to “turn the tables.”
