Singer Eddy Kenzo says he is unbothered by the establishment of new jam sessions set by different artists around town.

He says everyone has the right to do whatever they want as long as it is beneficial to their lives and the people surrounding them.

Eddy Kenzo maintains that the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) was established to unite artists so that they could meet at least once a week and stay together.

He also reasoned that the UNMF is not all about the jam session setting but there are other benefits that they get through unity when they share ideas.

People have the right to do whatever they want. We established the jam session so that it could unite us as artists whereby we could meet at least once in week and stay together.

UNMF is not all about the jam session but there are other benefits that we get through unity when we share ideas. The rest of the jam sessions could be for business here and there but ours is focused on uniting musicians.

Lately, Ragga Dee started a jam session at the National Theatre that sparked mixed reactions.
