Frank Gashumba has come out to address critics questioning the source of his daughter Sheilah Gashumba’s income.
The well-known political analyst said that Ugandans are still backward if they cannot understand that Sheilah is among the highest-paid influencers in Uganda’s entertainment industry.
Recently, Sheilah unveiled a brand-new Range Rover Velar worth millions of shillings, sparking further debate about her luxurious lifestyle.
Many fans have raised questions about how she finances such a lifestyle, but Frank Gashumba maintains that his daughter’s wealth is legitimate and well-earned.
According to Gashumba, Sheilah is one of the wealthiest individuals in Uganda, although she prefers not to flaunt her riches.
He explained that Sheilah earns good amounts of money from her work in the entertainment industry, with club appearances bringing in no less than UGX 10 million each time. Additionally, she pockets over UGX 5 million for appearances at restaurants.
Frank further said that people questioning his daughter’s wealth are simply not keeping up with the changing times.
People questioning the source of income for my daughter are not serious, but I don’t blame them. Sheilah is one of the richest people in the country, but she doesn’t like to show off. If she brings her bank statements and title deeds for her property, everyone will be shocked. She earns from social media; she is an international influencer.
