On 24th August 2024, Kalifah Aganaga held his concert at Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku. He said it was a successful show despite the challenges he faced promoting it.
Kalifah Aganaga faced a lot of criticism ahead of his show and also almost faced a media blackout when journalists were allegedly physically and emotionally abused at the press conference of his concert.
Nonetheless, the concert went as planned as hundreds of his fans flocked to the venue and supported him alongside other artists who turned up and performed.
Aganaga says that he is comfortable with the turnout at his concert.
“The people who came through were enough for me. That was worthwhile depending on the huddles and challenges we faced in promoting it,” Kalifah Aganaga told Sanyuka TV.
He noted how everything was planned and that he paid all his workers in time to avoid any chaos after the concert.
My concert was well calculated. I always plan and am transparent with the people I work with. I always pay cash because promises can be broken. That helps my shows to be successful.
