One of Uganda’s most sought-after events, the Roast And Rhyme Festival is set for a return with the ‘Soul On Strings’ edition on Sunday 3rd November 2024 at Jahazi Pier, Munyonyo.
Now happening for the 22nd edition, the #RoastAndRhyme Festival promises a captivating day filled with live acoustic music, sizzling grilled meats, and the soothing lakeside breeze.
Uganda’s legendary vocalist Iryn Namubiru will be headlining the #SoulOnStrings edition. Known for her mesmerizing voice and soulful performances, this will be Iryn’s first major show since her spectacular Timeless Experience concert at the Kampala Serena Hotel.
The Roast And Rhyme festival encourages goers to bring their mats, grills, and favorite meats for a perfect Sunday picnic by the lakeside. Revellers can show off their grilling skills while catching up with friends.
Some of Uganda’s top soulful artists will also deliver soothing acoustic performances, sweet guitar melodies, and rhythms that promise to leave everyone feeling the vibe.
