Kawempe Muslim SS who needed a must win in the last group fixture to secure a slot on the round of sixteen level, register the biggest scoring margin so far in the 37th edition of UMEA Solidarity games underway at Namagabi SS in Kayunga District.

In girls football, Kawempe Muslim SS senior team hammered Kinaawa SS 9-0 before beating Nkoma SS 3-2 to qualify as the top side from the group and they will wait for the first runners up from group B to play semifinals.
Kawempe Muslim SS junior team is also on the verge of securing a slot on the semis, they need only a point against Bukoyo SS that lost 8-0 to Masaka SS.
The junior Valley Warriors registered a goalless draw against Masaka SS before beating Kigumba 5-0 in their second group match.
