Hon. Uthman Katerega Mwanadamu, on Thursday, 5th June 2025, officially picked nominations forms from the Electoral Commission of National Resistance Movement (NRM), telling his intention to contest as member of parliament for Mawogola West Constituency 2026 – 2031 term.
“I stand as a proud son of Mawogola West — vibrant, and deeply rooted in the struggles and strength of our people. As the incoming Member of Parliament under the NRM banner, I bring fresh energy, tested leadership, and a practical vision to transform our constituency from the ground up. Ours is a land of hardworking farmers, traders, mothers, and youth — a land full of potential that has waited too long to be unlocked”.
“My mission is simple but powerful: to serve every village, every voice, and every dream. I will champion modern farming, create youth employment through skills and innovation, improve health services, and push for better roads and water access across all sub-counties. I believe in politics that delivers—not just promises. With your trust, we will connect our people to opportunity, restore dignity to every home, and make Mawogola West a model for rural transformation”.
Katerega believes that his expertise as brand and marketing professional, and him being a passionate community mobiliser, and a proud son of Mawogola West puts him a head to win these elections.
