Iryn Namubiru has opened up about her extensive charity activities in her hometown of Mityana. Contrary to circulating rumors, Namubiru clarified that her charity efforts are not a stepping stone toward a political career.
Namubiru addressed the speculation regarding her intentions, particularly the rumors about her possibly replacing the area woman Hon. Joyce Bagala.
She stated that her charity work, which began in 1998, is driven by a genuine desire to help, not by political ambition.
Her commitment to charity is also evident through her NGO, Gather for Children, which she founded in 2006.
This organization, along with other partners, helps to fund various charitable initiatives aimed at supporting women and children in Mityana.
“I love kids naturally and helping them is part of my DNA,” she shared.
Aside from her charitable endeavors, Namubiru is also preparing for an upcoming #TimelessExperience concert scheduled for July 26th at the Kampala Serena Hotel.
