Gagamel singer Moses Sali, famously known as Bebe Cool, spent his 47th birthday doing charity in Mukono district.

Every 1st of September, Bebe Cool celebrates his birthday. Social media is often littered with birthday artwork and well-wishes from his friends, fans, and family.

He sometimes throws a bash where he invites his close ones to celebrate yet another year of great achievements.

On Sunday, the singer took his celebrations to Mukono district where he gave out charity to Olivia Nakate who suffered spinal cord paralysis in 2008.

Bebe claims that for sixteen years, Nakate has not been able to move without assistance, and in 2018 he donated a wheelchair to ease her movements.

Together with his family and fans, Bebe donated a new wheelchair, household items, a mobile phone, and a sewing machine, and renovated her house.

She also promised to open a saloon business for Nakate’s two daughters. His act of kindness has been applauded by netizens.

I spent my birthday (today, 1st September) in Bukuku Kyajja Nagojje village in Mukono district to check on madam Olivia Nakate who suffered spinal cord paralysis in 2008. For 16 years, Olivia has been unable to move or stand. She lived with her two daughters aged 19 and 22.

In 2018, I visited her and donated to her a wheelchair, some household items and financial help for her monthly medical bills after she approached me for help.

Today I celebrated my birthday with her in Kyajja Bukuku Nagojje sub county, Mukono District. Allah has enabled me with my fans’ group Gagamel Phamily to renovate her a house, get her a new wheelchair, a smart phone, a new tailoring machine and I am also starting up a saloon business for her two daughters.

We also gave her household items and food including rice, cooking, beans, sugar.

I thank God for continuing to give Olivia the gift of life and I pray that one day, Olivia will be back on her feet and be able to live a normal life. We winded the with a football match between Kyajja FC and Gagamel Fc, Which Gagamel Fc won 3-1.
