In what has turned out a controversial moment, Precious Remmie a.k.a Ray P referred to Uganda’s President H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as an “earthly God.”
During a show on Sanyuka TV, media personality Precious Remmie said she believes President Museveni is equivalent to God.
She noted that in the same way parents are referred to as “earthly gods,” the president also has the requirements to be referred to as such.
Remmie further said that the president has the power to determine many things in the country and power over the lives of the citizens.
Her remarks were immediately opposed by her co-presenters and they have since sparked mixed reviews across different social media platforms.
You all should understand that the President is the earthly god. He has the power to determine people’s lifestyles. He can choose to kill, to free people, and to imprison, so he has all those powers, and I deliberately call him the god of the earth.
