Judith Babirye, the renowned gospel artist and former Member of Parliament for Buikwe District in Uganda, has graduated with a Master of Arts degree, specializing in Migration and Diaspora Studies.
This accomplishment comes from her studies at Carleton University, an English-language public research university in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
While Judith Babirye’s academic success is commendable, it remains uncertain whether she will return to Uganda with these newly acquired honors.
Moving to Canada might’ve changed her career path which saw her leave her role as the Buikwe District Woman Member of Parliament uncompleted.
