Since its return to the music scene at the start of June 2024, the K and K Music duo has yet to perform on a big stage – but they are working hard toward achieving that.
Formerly Kataleya and Kandle, the duo which created hit songs like Do Me, Nkunonya, Njagala Money, Nyash, and Pose (feat. Fik Fameica), among others are working tirelessly to keep up with the pace of the ever-evolving music industry.
Already, their return track, a collaboration with Vinka dubbed “Tompa” is dominating the airwaves and is many people’s favorite at different hangouts.
They have also performed at a few events including the recently concluded DJ Nimrod All-White Party at Climax Lounge in Makindye.
Their relentless thirst for a return to their former glory seems on the right path under the guidance of Vinka who has also severally expressed how much belief she has in them.
K and K Music (comprising of Hadijah Namakula and Rebecca Robins Nabatuusa) is now rehearsing to refine their vocals for more upcoming projects but also to be ready whenever they are called upon to perform.
If we are to go by a video shared on their social media pages, the duo is getting the right mentorship from Vinka and we cannot wait for them to get back on the big stages where they have once performed before.
