The 2024 Masaza Cup losing finalists, Kyaggwe football team officially unveiled a 30-man squad that they believe will lift the trophy that they failed to earn last year at Namboole.
The squad that was unveiled to the fans on Sunday at Bishops SS grounds in Mukono, has the returnees and the new recruits from different Masaza teams.
The side has maintained the goalkeeping department that they had last year of Katongole Peter, Mwidu Elton and Joram Nsubuga Mukasa.
Some of the highlighted new recruits that put the smile and confidence to the fans were; Pepsi University Football League winning forward with Uganda Martyrs University, Calvin Peter Emayu, left back, Emmanuel Shinkanga, Ziraba Ronnie and Agaku Vincent.
Before the squad unveiling, the team had a friendly match against Buvuma that they won 2-0 courtesy of Mukwana Yusuf and Mutebi Ivan.
The team will be under the stewardship of the experienced coach, Mugerwa Simon Peter.
Kyaggwe who lost 1-0 to Buddu on final at Namboole, they will kick off their title search on Sunday at home hosting Kooki Sazza team.
