NRG Radio Uganda has debunked rumors of firing renowned deejay and femcee Etania Ndagire a.k.a Life of the Party and distanced itself from the leaked letter of termination.

On Tuesday, news regarding the sacking of Etania from NRG Radio Uganda made rounds online with a letter of her alleged termination leaking across different platforms.

The letter indicated that the bubbly deejay had been fired over what was termed as “indiscipline” and was required to return company property to the radio station and wait for compensation.

Early on Friday, however, the radio debunked the rumors and maintained that Etania would be staying at the station.

NRG, via their X account, noted that the “information is false and in no way reflects how we value our talent.”

They applauded Etania’s talent and how she exceptionally represents the brand and that she will be returning on air after her Kenyan tour which kicks off on 6th July.

Rumor Debunked! Etania remains part of the NRG family and will be back on air after her Nairobi tour! Two days ago, a doctored letter surfaced online claiming NRG Radio fired Etania. Please be advised, this information is false and in no way reflects how we value our talent.

Etania is an exceptional person who embodies the ethos of our brand and always exceeds our expectations…We don’t fire talent; we get fired up for the next generation of stars. Etania is here to stay.
