The High Court’s Lands Division has issued an order mandating Ssuuna Ben to grant his baby mama and ex-lover, Mary Nambwayo, access to their residence in Garuga.

The order, handed down by His Worship Samuel Kagoda Ntende on Friday, October 31, is intended to safeguard Nambwayo’s rights amid the property dispute.

The property at the heart of this disagreement is located on Busiro Block 435, Plot 759 at Bukaya in Wakiso District. Nambwayo claims co-ownership of the residence, contending that she and Ssuuna Ben acquired the property together and jointly invested in its development.

This claim has led to a prolonged legal battle, with Nambwayo resisting Ssuuna Ben’s repeated demands for her to vacate the premises.

The court’s order restricts Ssuuna Ben, his associates, and any other involved parties from undertaking actions that might affect the property’s ownership or title.

Key prohibitions include canceling the title, selling, transferring, constructing, mortgaging, leasing, alienating, or evicting Nambwayo and her dependents from the residence.
