Over the weekend, the Blu*3 trio held one of the most memorable shows of 2024 so far after they put up a highly enterprising performance at Kampala Sheraton Hotel on Saturday.
The show that attracted a mammoth reveler turn-out was well-executed to the amusement of concertgoers who attended on the night.
Several highlights went down, and Swangz Avenue singer Vinka acknowledged Jackie Chandiru’s role in her music career after the two had a wonderful set on stage.
Controversial political analyst Dr. Stella Nyanzi, who went into exile had an opportunity to shine when the trio recognized her as one of the strong women the country has witnessed during the performance of their “Strong Woman” song.

Dr. Stella Nyanzi also reciprocated their energy when she took to her X handle to applaud the trio for recognizing her effort despite exile.
Nothing beats affirmation that comes from one woman to another. Now, imagine 3 amazingly creative beauties from Uganda my homeland acknowledging me in exile among their line-up of strong women! Thanks, @CindySanyu_UG , @lmbabazi & @jackieeyaa for affirming me at the #Blu3Reunion.
Dr. Stella Nyanzi
Before Nyanzi left the country, she was one of the most outspoken female activists in the country. Because of her political stand, she has been arrested severally in Uganda.
