Former Revival band Kadongo Kamu singer Hassan Ndugga dreams of establishing a traditional and cultural center as big as the Namugongo Catholic Shrine.

The “Ebintu Bizibu” singer wants to see his dream come true in his lifetime and is working towards it materializing.

He explains that it would be cool to see traditional and cultural believers convey in a large place as huge as the Namugongo Shrine performing their cultural norms without disturbances.

Hassan Ndugga urges traditional believers to unite and join efforts in establishing other traditional prayer centers in different specified areas, similar to how Pastors establish Churches all over the country.

I want to set up a very big traditional and cultural prayer center as huge as the Namungongo Catholic Shrine whereby an individual can come and perform their traditional and cultural norms freely as they wish.

When you keenly look at Namungongo, is a structure that traditional and cultural leaders should construct because its setup befits the traditional style since it has a waterbody init.

It would be beautiful if traditional leaders established worship places like how Pastors do it but when they earn money, they instead resort to marrying many wives and giving birth.

He notes that the move would see a growth in the number of traditional believers countrywide a thing that has lacked in the past years.

He further hinted at how he is planning on holding a concert and called upon all his former band members including Nabbi Omukazzi, Padero Matovu, and Mugwanya among others to come through and show him some love and support.
