Ugandan hip-hop artist THE MITH has released his latest single “Don’t Worry”. The song – the first single from the rapper this year – is a blend of Ugandan melodies and urban sound, showcasing his evolution as an artist.

“Don’t Worry” is the first official single to THE MITH’s album THE UGANDAN 2: BALI-OKWABWE.

Produced by Melanin Boy, the song was co-written by Yese Oman Rafiki and Dagg Mizzo. The song also features background vocals from singer Martha Smallz and Melanin Boy.

It shows the constant evolution of THE MITH. His love for the Ugandan melodies is very evident in this song, but he also manages to incorporate the urban sound that he is known for, seamlessly.

THE MITH states that he was challenged by the producer of the song and writers to step out of the usual and create some magic on this song. Indeed, he did!

I am excited about “DON’T WORRY”. I was challenged by the producer, by the writers and my peers to get out of my comfort zone and I believe we managed to deliver something exciting.
